Project Manager - Bank / Credit Union System Conversions

Utilizing Next Step's proven methodology and tools, the key responsibilities include the following:

• Project Manage vendor core system evaluations and selections for banks and
  credit unions.
• Assess system and process needs.
• Develop RFPs / Requirement Documents.
• Facilitate decision / selection process.
• Project Manage conversions to the selected systems.

Key qualifications include:

• Conversion experience working at a banking / credit union software company or  consulting firm.
• Basic familiarity with Core System functionality (such as Fiserv, Jack Henry, Open Solutions, etc.).
• Bank Operations knowledge (such as back-office deposits, ACH, loan servicing, branch operations, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and organized.
• Ability to travel significantly (all expenses reimbursed).
