Banking Consultant / Project Manager System Conversions
Next Step is currently accepting resumes for future openings (Senior Consultant full-time employees and independent contractors).

The major responsibilities include:

• Project Manage vendor core system evaluations and selections
  for banks and credit unions.
• Assess system and process needs.
• Develop RFPs/Requirement Documents.
• Facilitate decision/selection process.
• Project Manage conversions to the selected systems.

Key qualifications include:

• Conversion experience working at a banking software company or financial
  consulting firm.
• Basic understanding of Core System functionality, such as OSI, Bisys, Metavante, Kirchman, Jack Henry Silverlake, Symitar, Fiserv (ITI, CBS, Vision, Summit, Users, Aftech, XP, etc.), Fidelity (Alltel/Systematics, Horizon, Miser, etc.), Harland (UltraData, Phoenix, etc.) or any other major vendor systems.
• Bank Operations knowledge (back-office deposits, ACH, loan servicing, etc.).
• Microsoft Project experience.
• Enthusiastic and organized.
• Enjoys working for a small company (all-star team).
• Ability to travel significantly (all expenses reimbursed).
